This is a great conditioner I use myself, at home, it doesn't weigh hair down and will revitalize your hair after being damaged and sometimes damaged hair when shampooed can feel rough and clumped together and kind of matted, after using this conditioner it has left my hair feeling soft and healthy again after each conditioning. It won't repair the damage(once the damage it done, you can't fix it sorry I won't weave a web of lies), but it will feel great every time you use it!
Leave it on for about 5 minutes after shampooing and then rinse. I use the shampoo as well, it is also sulfate-free, and wont suds up, so if you don't like shampoos that don't suds, you will be disappointed if you buy the shampoo, with that in mind. However both are great for your hair; and will make it feel better after each use, but as I said it won't repair the damage.
